Does not turn on at all and no signs of power with charger connected. Is missing HDD, RAM, HDD Caddy and Hdd cable, charger is in over good condition, screen needs a clean but no cracks or scratches includes back cover Unsure of cpu speed but definitely a Celeron.. Has ram slot and harddrive slot Is missing cover screws, and one clip has broke off back cover, nothing major!
