This Ipad does not turn on. Sold for parts only. DEFINITION OF FAULTY - SPARES FOR THOSE THAT FIND IT HARD TO UNDERSTAND. May be part functioning. May have missing internal components that are removable (in most cases I do try and take photos if I could access easily).
