I'm extremely grateful for your prompt response. The package arrived without incident and my thorough inspection revealed no cosmetic damage at all - not even a screen protector, which I'm excited about since mine was showing signs of wear.

As soon as I powered it on, the battery indicator flashed with its usual reliability. Although I didn't test the device extensively, the overall impression is that it's in fantastic condition - the screen looks noticeably brighter than my previous one, which may be due to the lack of a protective cover at present.

I was really looking forward to this phone, but after only three weeks, it just stopped working altogether - a constant one-minute glitch would have me hooked if it weren't for the fact that it'd promptly stop functioning at random intervals, making it impossible to use it with my medical needs.

To make matters worse, I ended up getting it on contract as soon as possible because I needed it urgently. I took it to Apple, hoping they could help sort out the cheap battery issue and other problems that were piling up - but no matter what I did, they insisted that it had been replaced with a faulty unit and told me not to bother with a refund.

I'm extremely disappointed in this experience, which has left me feeling frustrated and disillusioned. The constant frustration of having my phone fail at the worst possible moment has taken a toll on my daily life - and I won't be taking the risk of wasting more money on these companies' subpar products again.

I received a black phone that was supposed to be light blue but ended up being a lovely shade of charcoal instead. Not exactly what I ordered, but I made do with it. Overall, I'm very happy with my purchase and feel like it's great value for the price. The phone looks perfect - everything matches as advertised.
