ASRock Z790 Phantom Gaming PG-ITX/TB4 Mini ITX LGA1700 DDR5 Motherboard Board is not usable. I bridged the power pins with some other pins using a screwdriver. this caused my PC to turn off and left a small puff of smoke that came from the power pin area. see the last picture shown that was the area the smoke left. I have reused all the PC parts with a new motherboard and there was no damage to them. No other know issues with the board. I belive this Motherboard could be fixed. no extra parts only the base Motherboard as shown in pics.
