I was really looking forward to trying this hob, but unfortunately, my experience with it was marred by some serious issues I've had with the wiring inside, which seems to be causing all sorts of problems. I've also noticed that the manufacturer's customer support team has been quite evasive about how they plan to handle a situation like mine.

In an effort to get a resolution, I reached out to their service department and asked if they could replace my hob with a new one or send someone in to rewire it for me. However, instead of being willing to do that, they suggested that the only way forward was for me to return the old hob and pay for the installation of the new one.

I ended up having to take matters into my own hands and I'm now facing a partial refund on top of the cost of purchasing this hob in order to avoid any more issues. To be honest, I wouldn't recommend buying this product unless you're willing to take that risk.
