We purchased our caravan's barbecue for an impromptu beach BBQ last year and were thoroughly impressed with how well it performed. Having used it twice since then, we've had a fantastic experience cooking small gatherings on both occasions. We were initially concerned about its heat output but the manufacturer's claims of being "excellent" didn't change our minds. After seeing some positive reviews from friends who have also purchased similar barbecues, I decided to take the plunge and opted for this product as recommended by my brother. His cooking skills are top-notch, and we were impressed with how he managed to cook a delicious meal with minimal fuss.

The barbecue itself is surprisingly lightweight, which was a welcome surprise given its robust construction. The food cooked perfectly, both times we've used it, and the moist results were nothing short of remarkable. We're thoroughly enjoying the convenience this barbecue has brought to our beach trips, as well as being able to cook meals in the comfort of our own home.

The gas canisters that come with it are also a big plus, providing a reliable source of power without the hassle of messy fuel tanks. The manufacturer's claims about its sturdiness are certainly backed up by our experience so far - this has been an absolute pleasure to use and clean. We're excited to put this barbecue through the rigors of regular beach trips and see how it performs over time, but for now, we can confidently say that it's a top-notch addition to our outdoor kitchen setup.

I'm not exactly sure what's going on here with this thing I have, but it can make some pretty great food - especially when you're grilling juicy burgers and other tasty things. However, I do want to mention that it's absolutely massive and makes a ton of smoke, perfect for impressing guests who don't really appreciate the atmosphere you've created. The levels of food vapors and smoke are incredibly overpowering, no matter what type of food is being cooked. Unless you're making grilled lettuce, which I suppose is tolerable in small doses - but trust me, it's better left alone.

The gas regulator on this thing isn't exactly reliable either. It seems to have a tendency towards the higher end settings and can produce some pretty extreme temperatures. In fact, if anything above 80 degrees Celsius was attempted, the grill would probably incinerate the surrounding area - which is quite alarming considering its £150 price tag.

It's been a bit of an adventure using this thing so far, but I have to say that it does make for some impressive-looking flames when you turn it on. However, the performance could be improved if the lowest setting was more accurate. At one point, I even managed to get my grill glowing red with a single burner - and let me tell you, it's quite embarrassing.

I've had this thing on for about three units now and I'm starting to lose hope that they're going to fix the issue soon. The quality control is clearly lacking in terms of the £60 price tag, as I've already had two instances where things just plain didn't work as expected. This one's also being recalled - along with a £20 bag, I'd be willing to give it back.

In all seriousness, this thing has performed like crap so far and is basically unsafe to use in my kitchen. The wife says keep using it and the kids and dogs think they should too, but for me, that can't be the case - there's just something about this device that doesn't feel right.
