Hi This was bought as a Christmas present for my fiancé she’s tried it twice but prefers her cloud nine wide iron set as she as thick hair ???? I’m not sure what the difference is but it’s literally brand new. The carry case could do with a wipe on the outside as it as a dark smudge on it but other than that it’s tip top ????
