The hole didn’t quite align, which was frustrating. The product felt loose in my hands.

I was really looking forward to using this Workable system but unfortunately, one critical issue held it back from being a great fit for me - the design flaw that caused the part not to line up properly. Overall, I would say this is a solid piece of hardware, but there are some fundamental flaws that prevent it from meeting my expectations.

I was really looking forward to receiving my purchase, but unfortunately they've let me down. I ordered British Army issue dog tags and they were absolutely massive. I expected them to be much smaller.

Upon examining the tags, it became clear that they simply weren't suitable for their intended purpose. The oversized design makes them pointless, rendering them less useful than I would have hoped.

I was disappointed by this purchase overall.
