The assembly process was surprisingly straightforward, taking around three hours to complete and leaving me feeling relatively confident about my DIY skills. All the components and tools were clearly labeled on their individual packaging, making for a smooth and organized experience.

I did find that the diagrams in the instruction manual could be clarified slightly, but it's not like it requires any advanced technical expertise. The side burner is indeed a bit finicky to operate, but I was able to figure out how to do so with a bit of patience. A good YouTube video has been an invaluable resource in helping me understand its operation.

As for the overall build quality and design, I'm thoroughly impressed - it feels sturdy and well-crafted from what I can see. You can find similar components on other websites that offer compatible models, or even opt for a cast-iron grill to match this particular CosmoGrill model. I've been waiting patiently for a dry spell to finally get started with grilling!

It's been a week since I received my new product, and overall I'm thoroughly impressed with the build quality and design. While assembly was relatively straightforward, getting the regulator and hose connected proved slightly more complicated than anticipated.

Despite some minor issues with attaching these components, a simple soapy bath quickly resolved any problems.
