Purchased back in November 2025 from Dyson. Still has approx 1.5 years guarantee which can be transferred by calling dyson. I cant seem to get on with it. please see photos for full description. small scratch at end on one side.. see pic. where its been in and out the holder. working perfectly. NO BOX but will be packed securely.
