I’m selling two EZVIZ RS20 Max robot vacuum/mop units. Both of them work perfectly in vacuum‑only mode. The issue is with the water pump, so they don’t spray water and the mop/self‑cleaning functions don’t operate. These were replacement units sent by EZVIZ, and all of them arrived with the same pump fault. EZVIZ also mentioned they may remove cloud access in about a month, so I’m listing these strictly as PARTS / REPAIRS ONLY. The vacuuming function currently works, but I can’t guarantee what will happen once cloud access is removed. Ideal for spare parts, donor components, or anyone who wants a working robot vacuum without the mopping features.
