Used, in great condition. There is a build-up of debris or dirt behind the lens element which distors the image. This is a cosmetic/optical issue only — the camera itself functions fully: shutter, aperture, dials, screen, optical and electronic viewfinder all work as normal. The camera will therefore need to be cleaned to remove this build up, either by a buyer who can do this (will involve taking apart) or someone willing to take it to a shop to get this issue sorted. The price has therefore been reduced for someone willing to put in the effort to make some money or purchase a cheaper version of the product that needs some work. I was told about this buld up issue by a professional (mpb.com).
