JoyTAB Duo 7 turns on fine and works perfect apart from there is no sound. Sound works fine with headphones. Could be an issue with internal speaker. Ipad is in excellent condition with no scratches or signs of wear. Has been in box in a draw. Comes with box, instructions and charger. PLEASE BE AWARE OF THE SOUND ISSUE BEFORE PURCHASE AS I WONT EXPECT A REFUND
