This item was a Christmas gift and has only been used once. It is not suitable for my personal preference, as I prefer to use straighteners to curl my hair. It is in brand new condition, with all labels still attached, including the heat gloves and case. The item is fully functional, as demonstrated by the white light shown in the pictures.
