GIGABYTE GA-H81M-S2V LGA1150 DDR3 Micro ATX Motherboard with I/O backplate as shown, in good working order. Slightly bigger (170mm x 190mm) than the maximum size for Mini-ITX so I guess this fall into the microATX form factor category even though it only has 2 PCI slots.
