The manufacturer didn't seem willing to send out a new one and instead opted for a more convenient approach: disconnecting the old and installing the new. As a result, I ended up getting only half of what I paid for, with my stove not operating as intended to avoid any additional expenses.

I would strongly advise against recommending this product, especially considering its subpar performance and lack of reliability. If you're in the market for a reliable hob that can be easily serviced or replaced if needed, look elsewhere.

With its intuitive installation process, I was able to get started right away. Although the cable orientation did protrude just a tad too much at times, it didn't hinder my progress one bit. The end result, however, is a worthwhile investment with seamless performance. Once I got my head around the not so great install instructions, it was a breeze to put in.

The hob itself functions perfectly well and looks fantastic. Controls and temperatures are easy to operate and monitor, making for an overall enjoyable experience. A neoprene cover would be a great addition to protect your investment from potential damage.

Overall, I'd highly recommend this product - all things considered, it's a solid choice that delivers on its promises.
