This does work but has an issue - when a ram stick is inserted in the slot closest to the cpu the pc will not boot - the debug light just stays on Dram, works fine with it installed in the slot furthest away, This was tested on a board with two ram slots so I'm not sure how many slot would work on a board with four ram slots.
