I purchased this item as a birthday gift for my son and was really looking forward to it. When I got home, I noticed that one end had a small crack in the glass.
The seller never responded to me after I contacted them about the issue, which made me feel uneasy.
As soon as my kids started using the product, they immediately reported how warm it made their room on hot summer days, and how much of an improvement it has brought.
