JVC TV LENS UM 7-70mm Zoom 1.4 Macro Good Condition Unknown Mount

JVC 7-70mm TV zoom lens. I am unsure what the rear mount type is. The black collar outside the silver ring rotates freely and has a thread inside it. My guess is that the lens is missing a part that converts it to particular mount types?.
