New. Got it for my 3 year old but her hair is way too thick and long and it isnt powerful enough. I would say it's better for starter hair, or very fine hair that wont take too long to dry. It doesn't get too hot and has a cool setting also ???? I have a video of it working if need be. No box unfortunately. It was called a Yangun kids hair dryer if you want to look it up on Amazon. I paid £25 new.
