Komura Telemore 95 For P

Not sure what this is. Other examples of this are listed as a teleconverter. Some say x2. No evidence to back this up so if you know what it is and you need one stick me a cheeky offer in. Glass seems clear. There are two lugs of adjustment for an aperture (?) on the camera end but nothing out of the front so I’m not sure how it would work with another lens. Please note I reuse my packaging. Any questions please ask.
