Leica Leitz Summar 5cm 50mm f2 Lens L39 LTM Leica Screw Mount - made in Japan

This listing is for a Leica Leitz Summar 5cm (50mm) f2 vintage rangefinder lens. It has signs of use but is in good cosmetic condition for its age. There’s a little dust visible under light and some light cleaning marks (see images attached), but nothing that affects practical image quality. Focussing and aperture selection are both ok across their full ranges. Overall, a working lens good for vintage image rendering, perhaps would suit either a rangefinder (I’ve been using it on a Leica III for the last 7-8 years) or to adapt to digital. Includes a rear cap and a small case, but no front cap. It will be well wrapped and packaged.
