In working order, all reset. Comes with USB charging cable, no plug. Instructions and SD card also. Model no A2109A-F. The SD card is 16gb. I used it mainly for email and reading. In OK condition, has got damaged on the top where the SD card has been taken in and out and some usual wear and tear. There is a mark on the screen visible when pad is switched off but not a problem when system is only.
