I've found this soft blanket to be an excellent addition to my home decor. One of the things I appreciate most about it is its ability to wash up nicely.

The best part, however, is how well it holds up during hot summer days when I hang it out to dry on the line. While it's easy to dry indoors in the winter months due to its large size and ease of air-drying, this makes it more challenging outdoors. Unfortunately, I've found that simply placing it in a machine will damage the waterproof plastic inner layer, resulting in shrinkage.

To avoid any potential issues, I've opted for gentle drying methods like hanging it out to dry on the line or using a large rack to dry off most of its moisture. As you can see from my notes below, this approach allowed me to achieve about 50% dryness while minimizing shrinkage.

We've tried various protection options for our king-sized beds, but thin, lightweight materials tend to slip out or fall short. Our medium-sized son's enthusiasm often gets the better of him, and he tends to dig in with gusto before settling. Despite this, we're pleased to report that our dog has grown accustomed to sleeping on a plush surface, which is one reason they prefer it over our king-size bed. A good cover can make all the difference here, and we've found the ideal size for our space at around 6 meters long, ensuring there's enough room to tuck in around the edges. We're extremely happy with this purchase, as it has performed flawlessly during the "puke test", protecting everything underneath and cleaning up easily. One thing that does make a difference is its softness - while not fully waterproof, it's still a lovely, comfortable option for our dogs to snuggle up on. This particular cover is also quite durable, having withstood repeated washing without showing any significant signs of wear. It may be heavy and bulky to move around, but we appreciate that it provides good coverage for our sofas and other large pieces of furniture. We've taken this into consideration when planning our holiday routine, as it makes covering up sofas a breeze during our extended stays.

My cat's bedtime routine just got a whole lot cozier with this blanket, and I'm glad she's finally feeling more at ease after her spay surgery.

The softness on both sides of the bed or sofa is just what you need for a relaxing night's sleep - it's the perfect companion for a gentle cat like mine who loves to snuggle up close.

One thing to note, though: I haven't had a chance to test its waterproof functionality yet. Maybe that's something to look into in the future? For now, I'm happy just knowing it's a good value and will suit my kitty's needs perfectly.
