The Rower has been an absolute game changer for me, allowing me to get in some amazing workouts at home while also being incredibly easy to assemble. Its sleek design and sturdy construction make a huge difference - I've received so many compliments on it from my friends and family.

I've found that the rowing motion is quite smooth and natural, making it feel effortless even for those who are new to the sport. This, combined with its great workout potential, has made me a believer in this product once again.

I've reworked this customer review in a natural style without using # or * characters.

This product has been quite enjoyable, especially for beginners like me who were looking for a reliable cardio system that didn't require too much strength training. The resistance level is just right - enough to engage my muscles but not so high as to leave me struggling to keep up. This is what I noticed most about it: the app connects well and exr (I'm assuming this refers to Exerpeutic), allowing for seamless tracking of my progress. However, the device itself has some drawbacks that I've encountered.

One thing that caught my attention was how the footplates swivel, which can lead to a loss of power due to excessive movement. It's concerning, given the amount of force required to achieve a decent rowing stroke. The feet straps and heel strap also need improvement - they don't provide sufficient support for my feet.

I've tried using this product without shoes before, but it didn't work out as I hoped. This is because the footplates are designed for stability, rather than comfort or protection. As someone with small feet (6.5 men, UK), I found that even after trying different designs, my feet still felt uncomfortable.

I did enjoy the ease of use and the quick build process, which didn't take too much time out of my schedule. The installation video on YouTube seemed informative enough to get me started, although I noticed some differences between what I saw online and the actual product itself. One thing that puzzled me was why there are no replaceable batteries - it would be nice if they could be swapped out for longer-lasting ones.

While this product connected well with my rowing app and performed as expected, it's not without its flaws. For example, it can take a while to recharge the built-in battery, so you'd need to keep an eye on your power levels (or a charging station nearby). It also requires regular maintenance to keep everything running smoothly.

Overall, I'm looking forward to continuing to use this product and will eventually subscribe for more advanced features.

I've been training for years, all my life and I was set on buying an £800 rower - but after seeing this one, I'm thoroughly impressed. As a fan of commercial gyms, I appreciate a good workout, and this compact rower delivers in the quietest way possible. The fact that it's smaller than me when stood up is a definite plus, as my garage has a low ceiling.

I've been using it for a while now, starting with 10 reps and gradually increasing to 7, which gives me more speed. The resistance is surprisingly strong - I was expecting to struggle but I'm "strong-strong". It's solid construction that keeps me coming back for more.

One thing that caught my attention was the adjustable footpads on the seat. They're a great feature, especially when you have shoes like mine that are big and clunky. But what really sets this rower apart is the velcro straps - they're incredibly comfortable and provide a customized feel.

The digital display is easy to use and has enough room for my Apple Watch screen, which I don't need to record every workout but does work with it seamlessly. I've been using it as an exercise tracker rather than monitoring my rowing performance. It's small enough to fit discreetly on the side of the machine.

I've had a few issues over the months - one thing that really bothers me is how the straps hang when I'm wearing trainers, which makes for a bit of a awkward position. A simple addition of some extra cushioning would have been nice, but overall this rower has exceeded my expectations in every way.
