It works fully apart from the heating element. Replace the heating element, give it a clean since it was put in my shed, and it will work beautifully. It washes in all settings as it should and completes it fine just not with hot water. Miele engineer told me it was only the heating element needs replacing. I’ve bought another machine as his fee was taken off the purchase of a new machine. It’s a 9 year old machine so many years left in it, it’s from a hard water area so if you had a water softener or live in a soft water area it will last even longer. If you’re local to Newbury in west Berks I will drop off for £20.
