It is highly regarded as one of Minolta's best portrait lenses, famous for its incredible sharpness even at wide open and its signature 'Rokkor' color rendering. Optics: Generally clear and bright. Upon professional inspection under strong light, there are very slight hairline scratches, but these have NO effect on the image quality, contrast, or color rendering.
