The photos show it working with an AMD Athlon II x3 455 CPU + Heatsink/Fan. The motherboard is in good condition and has been updated to the latest E7693AMS V22.4 [12.21.2015] BIOS. The motherboard is being sold with NO other accessories, exactly as shown in Photo 1.
