For parts not working does not power on, CPU pins are all there and intact and not out of alignment. On the reverse side of the motherboard there are two small components missing see photos (4 and 14) there is also some scratching on the PCB itself. Also some cosmetic marks that you can see in the photos. Just the motherboard on it's own with all the parts you can see in the photos nothing else is included. There may be other faults with this motherboard that are not known as the motherboard does not power on at all.
