The motherboard is being sold with the I/O Shield only, exactly as shown in Photo 1. The motherboard is in good condition and has been updated to the latest E7821IMS V1.9 [07.21.2014] BIOS. especially the CPU socket pins, I/O ports & USB/Header pins etc.
