immaculate condition, never used. the oven came damaged during transit, so the metal at the back is ever so slightly bent, also the glass rotating plate is missing. the dial is a bit rough, doesn't move so smoothly but doesn't affect usage whatsoever. maybe some DW40 or some sort of lubricant could get it twisting 100% again. other than that its in perfect working order. box is slightly damaged.
