My partner has had this Remington hairdryer for about a week, and I'm loving how lightweight it is - it's perfect for our short-haired daughter who dries her thick locks in minutes. My criteria for a new hairdryer were quite specific, I'm 5 foot 8, which makes it clear that anything below 1.72m would be out of my reach, plus there's nowhere listed where you can find the cord length in this model, so I had to do some research online.

The cord length on this dryer is actually quite impressive at 2.5m, and I was pleased to discover it matches my old Remington which had a similar length but unfortunately lacked a third speed setting.

I opted for a powerful motor with an incredible 2200w capacity because of the sheer volume of hair I have, and I'm glad I did as this dryer delivers on that front. The two speeds and three heat settings are also convenient options to have at your disposal when you're in a rush.

One thing I was looking forward to testing out was the cool shot function, which my old Remington didn't come with. However, it's been impressive how well this one works - it dried my hair nicely and fast, even with all the extra locks it managed to handle.

As for the price, at only £24.99 on a deal, I'm in agreement that this is an attractive option. And with the added bonus of having attachments included, I think this dryer will be able to withstand its new role as my primary hairdryer for a long time.
