I've had the fridge for four weeks now, which means I've had ample time to form an opinion about its performance. To my surprise, others seem to have had a harder time achieving success with noise levels, but that's not exactly what I'm experiencing so far. The refrigerator itself has been doing a great job of keeping things cool and frozen for me, allowing me to fit six 500ml water bottles, two Rubicon 2ltr bottles, and a few cartons of soy milk into the space all at once. Testing out different thermistats has also shown interesting results - I've found that going from six to two on the thermostat can make your drink extremely cold, cold enough that when you pull a bottle of water out and give it a quick shake, the water turns into a slushy concoction.

I have been experimenting with different settings, trying to see if it's necessary to crank up the temperature further or if I'm just getting away with something. For the past week or so, I've been using the middle setting (two), and so far, it seems to be working just fine for me. However, every few days, I'll knock on the fridge one more time than usual, and that's when things start to get a bit more interesting. The noise is almost silent at first, but then it kicks in every 10-15 minutes for about a minute or two and gives off a vibrating noise that can be quite annoying.

I'm a bit of an audio enthusiast, so this level of noise isn't really something I mind - even if it does get on my nerves from time to time. As long as I know what's going on, I've been able to sleep soundly and not be woken up by the buzzing. If you're looking for a fridge that's perfect for people who don't like noise or are easily triggered by minor sounds, this might be a good choice for you - it does hold a decent amount of space. Just be aware that if you have any sensitivity to noise or are easily annoyed by even the slightest vibrations, this might not be the best option for you.

I've got 70cm square all around, which makes it perfect for my small kitchen space where I can fit everything comfortably with plenty of breathing room.
