Product Reviews

Name: Review:
We were really happy with this Samsung TV and its performance has exceeded our expectations so far. We received two similar TVs from a different brand that didn't meet our standards, but this model has proven itself to be significantly better.

The video quality is perfect, the colors are vibrant and rich, and the sound is clear and balanced - we're thoroughly impressed with the overall picture and audio experience. The only thing that's taking some getting used to is Alexa, which can sometimes take a little too long to respond to our button clicks.

One of the best things about this TV is its sleek design, which makes it easy to install without any screws or tools required. We've had great success with the two remotes we received - there are a normal TV remote and a smaller smart TV style remote that we love using on both sides. The app integration is also seamless, allowing us to easily control the TV remotely.

One minor quibble we have is that some of our Alexa interactions take longer than expected to resolve. However, it's clear that this issue is software-related rather than hardware and we hope it gets addressed in future updates.

We've stuck with Samsung TVs for years — mainly because they consistently deliver on quality and reliability. This 65” QLED has been an absolute game-changer for our family, and we couldn't be happier. We were replacing a beloved but aging TV that had outlived its use, and the difference is nothing short of breathtaking. Setup was a breeze, thanks to the seamless integration with Sonos' sound system, which paired perfectly with our two Play:1s for surround sound. What really impressed us, however, was how smoothly everything came together - audio syncing and switching sources was like magic. The picture quality is truly stunning – rich colors, crisp detail, and a noticeable brightness that's sure to wow even the most discerning eye. We were blown away by standard-definition programs looking better than ever thanks to the built-in AI upscaling. And with 4K and HDR content really popping off the screen, we're hooked. The larger screen size has been a revelation – movie nights are now truly epic. Even with our Fire TV Cube on hand, which was feeling a bit redundant by this point, we still trust the native Samsung smart system to get the job done.

Pros: •Fantastic picture, especially for 4K and HDR content •Easy integration with Sonos system •Built-in apps and Samsung smart hub are fast and full-featured •Reliable brand we trust (and it shows) Minor cons: •Not quite the top-tier gaming specs, but still delivering great performance for casual use. Overall, this has been an amazing buy – if you're in the market for a proper upgrade that just works, this is the way to go.

I've got a great movie-watching setup now - the picture pops like nothing else crystal clear vibrant colors that make movies feel real. I also upgraded my sound system for an added boost, and let me tell you, it's been a game changer. The easy installation was just as smooth as can be, with no fuss whatsoever to get everything up and running.
