Samsung Galaxy A56 Dual SIM 256GB ROM + 8GB RAM (GSM Only | No CDMA) Factory Unlocked 5G Smartphone (Awesome Lightgrey) - International Version

I've got a terrible phone that's been driving me crazy for months. The dual sim slot has been causing my problems, with issues every time I try to make or receive calls. Despite spending hours troubleshooting, nothing seems to be working.

The problem is that the 'Dual Sim Always On' feature just doesn't seem to be responding. It looks like it's set to grey out and can only be accessed through a separate menu option - which I'm pretty sure should be enabled for everyone else but not me.

I've tried adjusting my settings, going into system preferences to see if there are any tweaks that could fix the issue, but nothing seems to make a difference. Even when I switch my main phone out of the dual sim slot and back in, it still keeps showing as being used only for data - which is just not right.

To be honest, I'm starting to think that this phone might actually be faulty, so I'll be sending it back once I've bought a new one elsewhere.

I recently purchased two A56 phones, one for myself and another for a friend who was looking to upgrade. The price had skyrocketed overnight, making it difficult to find deals elsewhere. Despite this, I was impressed with the performance of both devices - fast responses from the manufacturer's support team were impressive, but ultimately unsatisfying given their exorbitant prices.

I did end up purchasing the second A56 for a friend at an even lower price, only to have the first one become available again shortly after. This experience left me frustrated and annoyed by the inconsistent pricing on both devices.
