**SIM TRAY ISSUE, NO USB C CHARGER** Installing a SIM card does not seem to activate carrier service. It may be an issue with the tray however I cannot guarantee any fix. I do not have a power supply to provide with the laptop, however it will be compatible with any 65w USB C charger. That aside, this is a solid laptop in good condition. Battery life is good. Nothing else to note.
