It's clear that the product has significant design flaws and poor quality control.

The battery drain rate is an alarming issue, rendering the device unusable for extended periods. The rapid draining of power not only affects its performance but also increases the need for frequent replacements.

In a separate incident, I had to send this faulty device back for repair, which proved to be a costly and time-consuming process. Unfortunately, despite my efforts, the manufacturer failed to address the issue adequately.
