Phone is in perfect working order. It has 2 cracks on the front at the top and a shattering on the back. Having to upgrade as banking apps won't work on Android 9 (which this phone is) but all other apps ok. Case included, but a bit tatty. Used as a work phone. No charger included but they are widely available. I am not 100% sure it is unlocked as I have only ever been with EE, but didn't buy the phone from them.
