I brought this mower a little over a week ago and set it all up but unfortunately the heavy clay land in my garden cracks terrible every year (picture for reference) and the front wheels on this mower get stuck in the cracks, i contacted the company i brought it from and they are useless and seem to have no interest in refunding me so the mower has done around 1 hours work, great bit of kit where theres no cracks but i cant justify £2300 to mow part of my garden so id rather give someone the opportunity to get one a little cheaper than keep emailing a mower company. its brand new ive wiped it over with a cloth underneath to get rid of any dust and put it all neatly back in the box ready for return
