I bought this last year and I have used it maybe 4 times. My hair is now very short and it’s just been sitting in my wardrobe. In excellent condition. All packaging including all attachments, smoothing, curling, volumising etc . Some of the photos do not show the smoothing attachment but in others it’s there as I found it after I had taken the pics. But it’s all there and packed away ready. Post Royal Mail
