Product Reviews

Name: Review:
I was pleasantly surprised with this product's performance, which, while not slow and steady like some others I've tried, is still a reliable on/off temp control system at a reasonable price point.

The sleek design of the unit looks great in my kitchen, making it an attractive addition to the overall decor.

Hob brilliant… 5 Stars…. But delivery method absolutely shocking…. I ordered on Monday and expected it to arrive next day. Instead, it arrived on Thursday afternoon, but they claimed it wouldn't be there until Tuesday.

I was expecting a quick turnaround and when that didn't happen, I got more information about the status of my package. However, I still had concerns about how efficiently delivery was being managed.

It took them two days to sort out the issue and send me the parcel to Newcastle depot, and then another day to process it at the depot before finally shipping it back to me. This is an unacceptable experience with Parcel Force 24.

The fact that they sent a package on Tuesday but expected me to pick it up in Newcastle made things even more frustrating. It's clear that they were trying to cut corners and save time, which doesn't make for good customer service.
