In full working order. The battery takes full charge and holds but is very old but sometimes seems to drop quicker than it once would have. If you intend on using this for long periods it may be worth considering a new battery. For moderate usage, nostalgia, collection, prop etc it will be more than fine. Unlocked to any 2G network.
