The television has been a great addition to my living room, with its crystal-clear picture and seamless connectivity allowing me to stream multiple channels at once.

However, I was disappointed to learn that the first unit I ordered had an issue with its screen - it required some time to resolve.

Fortunately, the new version arrived quickly and was installed effortlessly, thanks to the helpful instructions included with the setup leaflet.

When unboxing the TCL 32" model, you'll notice that it's incredibly light, weighing only 3.4kg and suitable for most small wall brackets with VESA 100x100 mount size, despite not requiring heavyweight ones specifically designed for this size.

The lower section of the TV is quite thick compared to its overall size, measuring 7cm deep at its bottom - possibly to accommodate inputs and power, as well as stereo speakers that point downwards. While the speaker quality is surprisingly good considering the size, it's clear that the design compromises on sound fidelity for a larger screen.

Once you've mounted everything, software updates become crucial, followed by internet connection setup and channel scans. Linking your ITV account to Freely TV can be a bit of a hassle, but once you get the hang of it, everything else runs smoothly, including enabling eufy security cameras and doorbells with ease.

One major drawback is Alexa voice commands, which require pressing the remote button instead of saying "Alexa". This may seem minor, but it's a significant issue that affects everyone in the same room. The good news is that you won't have to interact with multiple remotes or search for specific commands.

Picture quality is 1080p, noticeably better than lower-resolution 720p models looked at on the high street shops. While it may not compete with OLED TVs, it's still a decent performance considering its price tag of £140 - although this could be improved if budget were raised to match the competition.
