Tecumseh lav 35 3.5hp engine. Spares or repairs. Turns and has compression, but no spark. Cowl bolts missing, there's some bits chipped off the flywheel, possibly due to an ill-advised attempt to remove it. Exhaust is rotten. That's the bad bits out of the way. As already stated, it turns and seems to have compression, doesn't seem to have excessive play on the crank, the carb appears good and the governor linkage moves.
