The woodworm had made an unwanted guest on my box, but thankfully I was able to resolve the issue promptly by treating it with woodworm killer.

As the birds were about to lay eggs, I knew I needed to take swift action and act quickly before any further damage occurred.

I'm pleased to report that once treated with woodworm killer, the box was thoroughly aired for several rounds to ensure it was completely free of any remaining pests.

The result was a box that met my expectations, which is what matters most - in this case, being safe for use by the lovely cockatiels I have.

I bought this enclosure expecting it would provide a safe and comfortable space for my reptile to thrive, but unfortunately, I was thoroughly disappointed. The wood used in its construction is subpar, with numerous splinters flaking off everywhere - not exactly the kind of experience I had in mind.

When I picked up one of the side panels, I noticed that it partially came away from the rest of the structure, leaving a sharp nail exposed and giving me pause. This lack of attention to detail made me question whether this product would withstand even minimal wear and tear. Despite its decent size advertised - 21x13cm according to the description on your site - unfortunately, the actual measurements are quite different, at 28x20cm which is more than I thought it would be able to accommodate in my home cage.

I'm extremely dissatisfied with this purchase and have decided to return it for a full refund.
