The system uses electricity to automatically ignite the wood pellets in the smoking chamber. The inbuilt auger then feeds wood pellets from the large capacity fuel hopper into the smoking chamber. The internal digital sensors monitor the temperature and adjusts the pellet feed rate and airflow to maintain your desired temperature.
