We've been enjoying our double ceramic hob, 3000W, from VBGK's brand for setting up our kitchen. It's great because we can plug it in with minimal fuss and get on with cooking without any hassle. This has changed the way I cook as I don't have to worry about gas lines anymore; it's a new experience altogether. Being a preference-driven person, most people would agree that this appliance works remarkably well, especially at 3000W. With nine power levels, we're hoping to get the cooking speed right and enjoy a good meal.

The touch controls are responsive, but not as intuitive as those on gas stoves. I've had a bit of a hard time getting used to it initially, but with some practice, it's become more comfortable. We've been impressed by how well this appliance works with induction cookware – there's nothing quite like the ease of use and heat distribution.

The surface temperature does get extremely hot, so we need to be careful when handling it. When splashes from sizzling pans start flying around, we can't help but laugh at its antics. The first time it did emit a weird smell, but it soon subsided. Overall, this has been an absolute lifesaver in our kitchen – we can no longer microwave food anymore.

As we're looking to upgrade our home for the holidays or somewhere else, I'd highly recommend considering this appliance. It's reliable, safe, and efficient, making it a fantastic alternative to gas stoves. If you want to have a gas-free home or look for something perfect for a holiday rental, I would definitely do so.
