Name: Review:
I've purchased a 55" version for my bedroom, replacing an old 50" LCD plasma TV. I'm impressed with the updated picture quality from my Virgin Media box, particularly the UHD and HD sources which look significantly better than on my older LG TV. My current TV also has an outdated HDMI standard, which could be improved if it had a more modern version.

I've paired a new 55" 4K LCD TV in my front room with this one for optimal viewing, swapping out the old 50" for a bigger screen without sacrificing image quality. The Virgin Remote works seamlessly with the TV, allowing me to change sources and adjust settings using the remote's HDR button. Volume on the remote also responded well.

In terms of picture settings, I was pleasantly surprised by the lack of black levels, which made for better blacks in my Samsung and LG TVs. However, due to issues with screen burn-in and price concerns, I couldn't afford OLED screens like those from Sharp or Samsung. This led me to consider other options, but ultimately decided on this TV.

In terms of software updates, the Virgin Media box has received at least three updates since I purchased it, which was a welcome relief. However, the FireTV interface had some issues with 1080p streaming and took several days to load properly.

Despite some technical quirks, I'm very happy with my purchase so far. The TV's picture quality is excellent, with sharp images and good colour accuracy. YouTube app streaming worked well on both TVs, although the FireTV interface could have been improved with a faster loading time. Sound quality is also impressive, with clear bass and treble settings.

I've attached some photos from my iPhone to demonstrate the 4K picture quality in action. The TV's black levels are actually quite good for LCD screens like those I have before.

A mess of unpolished tech that's lost its way. The pile of garbage that Freely stands for - I'm still not sure what kind of assembly team was responsible for this monstrosity.

The lag is interminable, a constant reminder of the software's slow and clumsy nature. Bring up the EPG? Forget about it. It takes an eternity to load, leaving you with nothing but a blank screen. And don't even get me started on the poor performance of most functions - a real challenge for anyone trying to set up Freely.

The setup process itself is easy enough, but that's where the praise ends. The dated connections are a relic of the past - I can only assume they're still using old cables and technology. HDMI 2? More like HDMI 0, right? And don't even get me started on the WiFi and Ethernet speeds - a measly 100mb limit is hardly impressive.

But hey, at least the games mode works out okay... until you try to stream 4k content, that is. The picture quality is great when it comes live TV, but when it's time to browse through your own recordings, things get a bit pixelated - a shame, really.

I've been using my new TV for a while now, and I'm happy to say that there are some features I haven't even discovered yet, but overall, I'm satisfied with it. The three HDMI ports, including an eARC port, have worked flawlessly so far. While they do work great with my soundbar, the picture is nice and sharp - I can definitely make it more realistic if I want to.

One thing that's really impressed me is how easy it is to connect all of my devices via screen mirroring. You can install loads of apps on it and browse through them easily too. The TV's value for money is clear, especially when you consider the amount of features I haven't even explored yet.

The only thing that keeps me from giving it a perfect score is the sound quality - Con's voiceovers are generally clear but there's no bass to speak of. Occasionally, apps will stop working until you turn it off and on again. The build quality is quite cheap, but despite this, it looks good nonetheless.

When I'm watching TV, changing channels can be a bit slow, especially if my signal is weak or unstable - however, the inline guide with browsing buttons is really useful for navigating through different stations.
